  • Only giving one star because I'd have to. Twice in a row when I ordered online, they forgot my sour cream and cheese. With the most recent order, I bit into a giant bay leaf. Also, the steak was cut into tiny pieces and burnt to a crisp. Worst experience with chipotle ever.
