  • My home warranty assigned us to Gilbert Air to come out and fix our A/C on a HOT AZ Saturday. We have young kids and pets and this should have been considered an "emergency" by both the Home Warranty company AND by Gilbert Air. If it were our dishwasher or garbage disposal, who cares. We can wait. When it's the A/C in Phoenix, during the summer, when the house is uninhabitable without A/C, you better believe it's an emergency. We never even received a call back from Gilbert Air. We had left several messages too - NOTHING. They claim that they provide 24/7 service, even on weekends. Not true at all. Have the decency to at least call us back and tell us you've scheduled a technician out or "we will get to you tomorrow". Busy and overbooked? Plan for it in a busy hot, arizona summer. Will never give our business to Gilbert Air. Five thumbs down.
