We probably came here on a bad night. This place has a great concept but the execution was awful.
The acoustics of this shop are awful. Not only was there a loud party (that should have shut down the restaurant) but there was also loud live music. A wine bar is a place to enjoy wine and chat, not shout and barely hear each other.
The layout is awful as well. There are tables next to the bar that cause you to consistently get run into by customers. It's nearly impossible to get to the bathrooms when there are tables in front of the beer refrigerators.
The wine prices and food were mostly good. All but one in our party enjoyed their dinner. The big complaint was the avocado flatbread, which had no flavor and had far too much cheese. The cheddar didn't work with the fog and prosciutto either.
I'm sure it's fine during quiet hours. But this is as bad as a club on Saturday nights.
