  • CenturyLink lied to me and got me caught up in a 2 year agreement for a price that is way above what they offered. They told me that if I moved mh cable services to Direct TV that i could get hd and dvr plus sports pkg for the same price that i was paying for prism. My bill went from $65 to $144. I called to get it resolved with Direct TV and they said they have no note in the computer stating that I was promised that $65 price from CenturyLink. I never got up to two free tv services as promised and my bill is way out of my budget now and I am stuck because of the two years agreement. If I want to cancel services..they want $500. This whole thing makes me sick and I hope nobody else falls into their trap. When i call Direct TV and ask them for the promotional price on their website they say thry cant give it to me because I am a CenturyLink customer. Fuck CenturyLink and Direct TV..straight up!
