Being regular customers for some time and participating in their 10th haircut free card. We've always gone in Wednesday their discount night (5.00) off. We've signed up, given email and liked them on FB. No notice they changed their policy and you have to now go on full price days to get a stamp and we were ready to get our free cut. Pay for my son's and then have my daughter's free. They refused to honor what they have done in the past- even if saying after this our new policy will be in affect. Sorry but you don't treat regular customers that way. At least some warning should be given and this day in age there is technology to do so. . Getting two kids and rearranging our schedules to make time for this with their activities isn't easy and having the expected money for cut and tip on hand I couldn't believe it. And I'm pretty sure I dealt with the owner. Sorry two haircuts for 12.00 isn't cheaper than one and one free I was expecting. And coming back on another night isn't easy. I rather take my business elsewhere. And I will pay a little more for consistent reliable service. Sadly this was closer to home so it's too bad. I gave two stars as the girls do an ok job there and are nice but you do have to check the work- which is why it's just not worth going back. Otherwise it would be one star. I would not recommend going there.
