  • WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! So this is my second time in this shop, and the experience is just as bad as it was before. My husband and I have been Apple customers for years and years and I've never experienced any one like the people in this particular location. They are rude and simply don't care if you leave a happy satisfied customer or not. Anyways, so this time I was literally in the store for over 2.5 Hours and I left with my phone in a worse condition then before. The store had me To a diagnostic test with an apple member via telephone (this Apple employee was fantastic and incredibly nice). Once the test was over the employee on the phone concluded what I had already assumed; The battery on my phone needs to be replaced. The guy continued to reset my phone (which I had already done on the phone with the employee who was elsewhere) which I told him wasn't the issue. Then, he had me on the store wifi, (which he told me later on was a horrible wifi) trying to input info into the phone, and the verification codes I needed to Continue with the reset weren't coming thru. The system locked me out. He told me he couldn't help me any further, and that I should be able to continue my Apple ID/ apple cloud restoration of the phone in about 8 hours! EIGHT HOURS!!!! He continued by saying my battery is fine and should have, and I quote, "a 10 hour span". I pointed out that in the two minutes he was explaining this to me the phone had dropped two percent. I questioned him about it and he said "that's pretty normal battery life". I continued back with "but you said it should have 10 hours" he said "uh huh, that's right", I said "that doesn't add up, you're saying 10 hours equals 100 percent, but in two minutes I lost 2 percent, at that rate my phone will be dead in less then 2 hours." His last response was "well you can always buy a new one for X about of money" (mind you I have insurance on the phone, but he said "it seems fine so I'd need to replace it on my own If I wished to.") Bottom line. DON'T GO HERE!!! Drive the extra 10-20 minutes to a different location! It will be worth it ! The manager of this location should be humiliated about how awful her team is. Save yourself a headache!
