  • I had a couch that was suppose Robb's delivered today between 11AM and 3PM. 3:20 comes around and no couch so my husband calls and they say the driver is out doing another delivery so they ask if we still wanted it delivered today or Monday? The hubby said today because that's what was scheduled. So 4:30 comes around and no couch not even a call from them to let us know what was going on. I call and talk to a guy and asked him the ETA of my couch and then asked him why can't you guys have the courtesy to call and let us know what's going on. He apologize and went to go check on my delivery. The manager then comes on the phone and says the driver has to go pick up your couch from another store. I was under the understanding that the couch was already at the this location. So 6:30 come around and the hubby calls again and speaks to the manager and she tells him you couch is for sure getting delivered today and I will give you a call as soon as it gets here. 7:00 comes around and no call and no couch. Here it is 8:34 and we don't have our couch that was suppose to be delivered today.
