  • Avoid at all costs. It is the Keystone Light of dispensaries. Instead go to Essence, Euphoria, Shango, or Silver Sage. The products are cheap for a reason. They are terrible quality, and they wear off fast. The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. For starters, the employees show up to work so stoned that they can barely form sentences. The managers claim they are well trained, professional budtenders, yet most days the employee you talk to can't even tell you if the strain you are interested in is a sativa, indica, or hybrid. And if they mess your order up, don't even try to get it fixed. At first they will deny any validity to what you say. Then when you can provide evidence to the error they did to an order, they turn it to you being at fault. Just because you have a product people want doesn't mean you get to be assholes to your customers. There are at least 25 dispensaries in Las Vegas, and you keep going downhill by your poor service practices. If you keep this up, the other dispensaries will run you out of business. You're welcome.
