  • By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I bought a watch from La Swiss over two years ago. Because the store was packed for renovations, the sales person could not find the box or documents for my watch - fairly important to me as it was an expensive purchase. He promised to ship them to me. To make a long story short, two years later I have not received anything. I have been sending emails, calling, and visiting the store for two years. The new manager has stopped returning my messages, and I cannot find any contact information for a head office on the La Swiss website. I am extremely frustrated with this store. Do yourself a huge favour and DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR LA SWISS!! European Jewllery or Solaris have offered me infinitely better service.
