  • I hate to say it but after several bad experiences with this particular T-mobile store I'm done. We live less than a mile away but I will drive down to the mall to avoid this one. We have had consistently bad customer service. They seem to have a high rate of turn over. We had one guy, Miguel tell us that he will personally contact us when our phone was in. We were told it was on back order. After 3 weeks we called the store and they said it was there so we went in to get it. When we got there we were told it had been there for a few weeks and they could t give it too us because 14 days had passed. With this situation there was a whole bunch of other crap and we ended up having to order again even though the phone was right there.
