Working in retail myself I understand customer service is what sets you apart from your competitors. This place hasn't grasped that. First their is no one to help you find what you are looking for or size you (especially when dress shirts can be hard to fit). Then second they have a sale, misplaced product potentially and won't honor the sale pricing. I was told clearance shirts are excluded, however the sign simply says "equal or lesser value". The sale is buy 1 get one for $0.01- so they are willing to sell me a full priced item for $0.01 but since it's a clearance shirt they want $15? Took 2 calls to the store manager, a MOD with a bitch of an attitude who chuckled at me bc I point out the sign says equal or less, doesn't say clearance is excluded. And then a call to online support to file a complaint. This place is unbelievable. I'm not asking for a lot, the lady at the register even forgot to ring up something and I let her know I was under charge. So again not asking for much here.
