  • I was very nervous regarding our Guinea pig named Ginger. As soon as I walked I was greeted kindly and shortly after we were seeing the doctor. Dr. Koza was friendly and answered all of my questions. The best part? I received a follow up call on my voicemail! Talk about great customer service. From now on I will make the extra 15 minute drive because of the great staff and bedside manner Ginger and I have received.
