  • I initially contacted Gwen to help me find a rental property. Being that I have 4 dogs, I knew my chances of finding a rental were low, but Gwen was willing to take on the challenge. She asked me if I had thought about purchasing due to the rental price range that I was inquiring about. I had not considered buying because I had a bankruptcy in 2010 and I didn't think I would qualify for a mortage, even though I had repaired my credit. Needless to say, I spoke with her mortage guy and qualified. I made a last minute request on a Friday night to see about 10 houses the next morning and Gwen made it happen! I fell in love with the 2nd to last house and made an offer. The sellers were very difficult to deal with and it took them about 4 weeks to agree on negotiations. Gwen made the entire process which was stressful for me, much easier to handle. I sincerely appreciated that I could text, call or email her anytime day or night and she was available to help me. I'm thankful that she kept me motivated and moving forward. I would highly recommend Gwen to represent anyone who is in the market to purchase a home. She is friendly, professional and she has great energy!!
