  • I've been here a few times and I have noticed an inconsistency of their dough when baked. So I'm not sure if it's due to different cooks or not. Today's pizza dough was medium well with a stiffness meter of a 7. The flavor of the pizza was good. And as far as a small pizza joint goes, they're very good. Everyone was friendly and attentive and no signs of any pests or other critters. I believe that once they are consistent on the baking and not over baking the bottom of the pizza, I would reconsider the star rating.
