I ordered flooring for my stairs almost 3-months ago. The flooring finally arrived on Saturday and I scheduled an install to occur today. I got a phone call from the installer informing me that they're not coming out until tomorrow. They waited until day of install, after I'm already off work, to tell me they aren't coming...
The length of time receiving the order and now installation aren't the main issues here, it was the lack of communication/customer service for the past 3-months. From day 1, I was having to reach out to them in an attempt to locate product I already purchased. Each time I spoke to someone, they gave me different responses.
I don't recommend any type of flooring service from the Riverview location. Stay away from poor customer service.

I have already spoken with several managers and even corporate and received different responses from different people. Emails have also been written. Lousy customer service is inexcusable.
Update-
Installers came today and 5 out of 12 of the steps are broken. I filed a complaint with BBB. Please do not shop home depot flooring. If I could do this all over, I would. My home is now left UNFINISHED AND UNSAFE with bare boards on the stairs. DISGUSTING service!!!
