  • After five malfunctioning fish tank filters from Pet Smart at 3855 Thomas, I went to Fin and Friends at 6052 16th St. In Phoenix. Within five minutes they showed me how to properly clean my filter. They said a properly cleaned filter should last for years. Pet Smart should get smarter and train their fish staff on how to properly clean a filter. This is better than constantly exchanging filters. Fin and Friends, I am your new customer.
