  • This is going to be one of my favorite reviews for my now favorite place to eat in Vegas! For starters I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey so of course I was super excited to eat here. We made reservations online for a Friday. Watching Hell's Kitchen you know it's all about the scallops, risotto, and beef wellington so I came ready for those. I like when you arrive you line up with everyone to the side of the restaurant, where all those people also had the same reservation time. They did not open the restaurant until 4:30pm where they then sat everyone in line. The server handed us their menu and then brought the Hell's Kitchen menu which compliments the show. You get a quial egg, beets salad, scallop and risotto, beef wellington, and sticky pudding dessert. That's what we came for so we knew we wanted that menu. We were catered to by all the servers whom were so prompt and kind. They were all so great whether it was refilling our waters right away, replacing silverware, or cleaning up table crumbs. The food rolled out so quickly. The fried quail egg was the perfect size with great taste. Next the beets salad came. Wow wow wow. The flavor in the little salad was amazing. Every bite got better and better. Then the scallop and risotto. It was plated with one scallop which made me wanting more. Perfectly cooked and filled with flavors. The risotto was creamy. Then my favorite came the beef wellington. OMG, amazing!! The flakey outside crust and the juicy beef. I'm still dreaming of that wellington! Now the sticky pudding with a side of ice cream that looked like butter. I had to ask the server just to make sure it was ice cream, he said it was a fancy scooper lol. The pudding was so moist and sticky. It wasn't too sweet but definitely full filled your sweet tooth. You cannot go wrong here and for me was worth every penny!
