The green chili burro here may very well be my favorite food item I've ever had. There just isn't any green chili burro that I've had that is even in the same league...and my grandma lives in New Mexico.
I could eat Mexican food for every meal, every day...and sometimes I do. This though, tops them all. Others are great, but this place is special.
It's so good, in fact, that I've been here 40+ times and I've never even tried the red chili, which some say is better. The beef taco with guacamole is good and is the bean burro. All the workers seem happy and friendly all the time. The place is ran well - it's a staple. My brother had one last meal today before he moves to Denver. What did he choose? Rito's.
It's in the middle of the neighborhood with no sign; just look for all the cars and people going in and out with large boxes/bags of food.
