I got their Groupon promo for $30 for 5 sessions and have been going for a month.
It was my first time going to a bootcamp type course, and even though I've done stuff like SoulCycle and YogaTree and I do weights in my spare time, this didn't compare.
Man, it's grueling difficult, and sometimes you're not sure whether you should push on or whether you're going to collapse from not getting a chance to breathe. I highly suggest you be ALREADY KINDA INTO EXERCISING before going to this class.
They have a really good assortment of times for everyone's schedule. I like the lunchtime 12:15pm ones because they're generally less busy than the after work ones. Also, their exercises are different every class so you don't get bored!
My favorite coach is Imran, and even though he pushes you really hard, he seems to be really attentive. He has a "no excuse" methodology.
The downside is they don't train you on form much, so if you're new to weights or burpees, you might get injured. Also, the after work and weekend classes could get a bit claustrophobic and too packed... Try to hit the less busy ones if you can!
