  • We used to really like this place UNTIL we brought our pup in this week to get his allergy shot (we do this every few months) and the price went up! Not only did the price go up for his shot, but no one even informed us until after everything was done. The doctor came in to ask us if the shot worked in the past and they freaking charged us for a consult fee! What the heck? You want us to pay for the doc to come in and ask us one question? That's ridiculous! Come on you guys, that's unreasonable. We were offered a nail trim as if it was complimentary (no one said anything about price) and then charged us $14! I posted a pic of this ridiculous nail trim they think is reasonable to charge people $14 for.. Needless to say, we're taking our business elsewhere. I hear El Camino is much better anyways. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! **Added screen shots of our conversation to make sure everything is out in the open. Thanks for trying to make things better, but we decided to go elsewhere. **
