We purchased Viking appliances for our kitchen in December. We had them install as well. They showed up hours late and didn't leave our place until close to midnight, it was such an inconvenience. The range hood filters were not installed at the time because the installers said the filters were not the right size. No big deal. We understand mistakes like this happen. I got in touch with Derek soon after and told him about the problem as well as our refrigerator door was vibrating really loud. I also sent him pictures of the hood, filters and measurements. He assured me he would take care of the problem and order new filters as well as send out a technician to fix the fridge doors. Months went by and I hadn't heard anything from Derek. I texted Derek to ask for an update to learn that he hadn't done anything. He sent out a technician to check the refrigerator doors. The technician said we needed new doors. Ok no big deal they can order them... We come to find out we need another "Viking" technician to come out to check out the problem as well. We setup the appointment and the Viking technician comes out to survey the problems. He as well said we needed new parts for the refrigerator. The next morning my wife and I wake up to a refrigerator and freezer that had been shut off. All of our food was ruined in the fridge and freezer. I called the North Scottsdale store to speak with Derek as well as leaving my phone number for the manager of the store. Only did I receive a text message from Derek. Not a phone call, but a text. Nor did we hear back from the manager of the store. We have bought appliances through Lowes previous to Spencer's. We always received great service from Lowes. We will never do business with Spencer's again. Here it is middle of June and we still have a vibrating Viking fridge and no range hood filters. Spencer's has horrible customer service.
