rev:text	Absolutely terrible customer service with these people. Ordered a coffee table that first off, was back ordered and they said they would call when it came in. Well a month later I finally called and they said it was in without calling me. Once I went and picked the piece up the screw fitting was missing in one of the legs so I called them and the best they could do was have a service man come out and check the problem out without guaranteeing he would be able to fix it. Well they gave me a 3 hour window of when the guy would come, well it was a Tuesay and the time frame was from 11-2 and I have a job like everyone else so they said he would call when he was 30 minutes out. Well 2 o'clock rolls around so I give them a call and he was calling the wrong number the whole time trying to get a hold of me. Call Pruitts back and they said the best they could do was have him come out Saturday but the window was from 9-5. That's a bit ridiculous to spend my entire Saturday sitting at the house waiting for someone to show up that won't be able to guarantee fixing the table. They refused to come pick the table up for their screw up, so I have to deliver the table back to them. They don't back any of the products they sell whatsoever. Safe to say I will never be ordering anything or referring them to anyone I know. Update: The owners son contacted me and made sure we were given a table that was put together already and even dropped it off and picked up the one that could not be assembled. Made it very nice and accommodating for us.
