  • I had wanted to have some work done on my automobile. I had driven past Quality Star many times but had never stopped in. One day a couple of weeks ago, I did stop in. As is said, first impressions are many times the most important. My first impression of Angelo was very good. He was low key and seemed honest. My car was put up on the lift and he told me what he saw that could be of some concern on the underneath side of my car. Afterwards, we discussed the work that I wanted to have done to my car, some of the things he suggested be done and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment came and the work was done. When I picked up my car, Angelo told me that some of the things that he had suggested initially to do, after inspecting further, weren't actually necessary. So, the unnecessary services were not performed and I wasn't charged. That saved me a few hundred $$$. Thank you for not padding the bill. When I need any more work done to my car in the future, I will bring it to Quality Star and have Angelo work on it. I highly recommend them both.
