  • Pros & Cons Great Service came next day in the morning as requested great deal as I applied the Yelp voucher currently available technician Jerome took his time in explaining things to me above and beyond his responsibilities for some wifi features and explained how to improve efficiency. Update: Lost payment for one of my houses service plans - claimed I didnt buy the plan until I pointed out receipts Never called to schedule any work that I paid for annual plans. I had to follow up Not very organized every time I call. Suggested a giant upgrade whereas partial repair at 50% off by another company was sufficient of a solution and it works. I'm a bit disappointed after nearly 1 year of non-service.
