  • Came here for Christmas pictures with my 4 month old. Got here at 2:10 for our 2:30 appointment that I made online. Checked in and waited because they were running behind had 4 appointments ahead of us. At 3:30 finally got to take our pictures with a wonderful photographer Christie and was finished by 4:00 pm. Now we had to wait to view and choose our pictures. Waited 1hr and 50 minutes to just have the employee Alexis rush us through looking at our pictures trying to make us rush a choice. Really not allowing us to talk out our choices since we also had my parents here as well. My mother asked who owns the copyrights to the cd. Thank goodness it's us because we just picked that and now are waiting for frame and cd. I would never recommend them to ANYONE! We were treated rudely for asking simple questions and due to this place being in a mall we were concerned about the mall closing early on a Sunday and was rudely told they stay open due to appointment overflow. Again I will never recommend this place and I am not a complainer, I've worked in customer service and I would have been fired for how I was treated. Just saying.
