  • It is impossible to fathom they are still in business. We bought a drop in stove/oven and a dishwasher. The drop in would not go all of the way to the counter so they said they would order a strip to make it look flush. Great, they said it would be in and they could install it in a week. After 2 weeks, I called and they said, "oh, we ordered the wrong color". Ok, will be in and they would install it in a week. 2 weeks later, I called, wrong color again.......Hmmmm. A guy from their store just happened to have it in his car and randomly stopped by in hopes we were home and installed it. He told me he had just found out we needed it 2 days before. Wow! Dishwasher, 2.5 months old wouldn't work. Ok, they subbed it out and after 2 1/2 weeks sent a tech out. Had to order a main part. It has been over a month and we still do not have a working dishwasher. You live and learn, take it from me...Do NOT buy from them, you will regret it. By the way, besides everything else, they were very arrogant...Pathetic.
