  • Extremely long wait... we already had our paperwork printed and completed before our appointment at 2pm. When we showed up all we had to do was turn in our paperwork and pay the co-pay. There was only one other person in the waiting room at the time. We were told to take a seat, and they would be right with us. We were called in for initial triage about 30 minutes later. We were in that portion for approximately 25 min. Then we were told to sit back in the waiting room and the Dr would see us soon. As we sat in the waiting room there was a woman sitting there snoring sound asleep. We finally were seen by the Dr Shin at 4:06pm, and left the office at 4:20pm. This is absolutely unacceptable when you make an appointment for 2pm and show up on time. However, the staff, and Dr Shin were very friendly and professional.
