  • UPDATE: I tried to contact the salon about my experience and to resolve my complaint. I was met with a very rude, unidentified and insulting person. The customers service was completely unprofessional and while the person did at first offer to "redo" the polish, the rest of my issues were dismissed as my own fault for not understanding their package. The person also blamed Groupon for the misleading ad rather than the salons service. I must reiterate that I have NEVER had a mani/pedi that didn't tend to skin, callouses or cuticle care. The brochure available throughout the salon clearly states that "filing and cuticle push" are included in the "Shape Up" Mani/Pedi. Yet while my nails were filed, my skin and cuticles were not managed in any way. My hand nails were filed, my toe nails were clipped/evened up and polish was applied. That's it! A very poor offering for any salon. The ad should not have been worded as a mani/pedi but rather simply a polish. I would not recommend this salon at all. Spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of great salons around town.
