  • After talking with the owner, they decided to give me a pretty decent (I think fair) trade-in on the metal detector I purchased from them toward the purchase of a new detector. The gentleman that I dealt with originally at the shop was polite when I went back and gave me a very sincere apology and handshake once we finalized our transaction. They've won back my business, but it took me another 4 hours of drive time and time to get in contact with the owner. I am satisfied after all is said and done, though.
