  • I had previously bought a car with them. I came back to trade in my vehicle to get another one and the older tall manager just said no. Telling me they could not make money on the deal and talked to me like a little kid. A sales person should never tell someone no. Make it happen its your job. I was willing to take a hit to make the trade. :(
