  • NO STARS!!! I was given an "eta" of 12:40pm for my car to get picked up. I called to Inquire about the tow at 1:40pm. I was told that the guy who was picking my car up was 20mins away...... 2:25pm comes around and I'm still waiting, wtf! Long story short, this company don't know what ETA's mean or how to conduct business. They need to start giving out FUTA's(fucked up time arrival) I immediately called State Farm, who set this bs up and told them to take the company out of their database. Who have time to waste? Waste my money before my time!
