  • I would like to start by thanking Amici and Lori for the fantastic service and food that I received for my wedding on Sept. 15, 2014. I considered several places for the food and after entrusting my soon-to-be aunt with the tastings we chose Amici for their superior food and friendly and efficient service. I had to plan the wedding from Washington as I live out of state and my family and friends reside in AZ. Not only were all my emails and phone calls expediently returned with advice and affirmation that I was doing well - having not planned a wedding before - but Lori was tremendously gracious and easy to talk to. I had to have changed the guest count and menu at least 10 times before the final count and each time she was thorough and helped me with my selections and timeline. The day of the event she and two servers arrived early and set everything up quickly and without getting in the way of anything else currently going on. They not only served up delicious, well prepared food, but they provided bubbly, friendly smiles and helped distribute champagne. I was also asked consistently if there was anything else I needed and when I wanted more of the chicken penne, it was brought to me with extra garlic bread even though the service I paid for was a standing buffet line. An entertaining video in tribute to my big day was made by the two delightful servers for mine and my husband's entertainment, and all of our guests raved about the food and the quality and efficiency of the service. I cannot thank Lori and Amici and the team enough for the entertainment and enjoyment and culinary expertise that they provided so effortlessly. We will definitely keep their number if ever we need a cater in AZ again.
