Second time visiting Sam's Town and I have to say this place is pretty huge. If you keep walking, the casino feels like it goes on forever.
The buffet could use some work. I didn't feel the price was worth the selection or experience--my rice was hard, the trout was plain, the ice cream was way too soft (and I'm not talking about the soft serve machine) and the crab wasn't sliced/pre-cracked consistently like other restaurants.
All in all though the experience was alright. I like the center display and light show and the high ceiling architecture is nice to look at. I definitely will keep coming back at least to walk through the animatronic display and the pretty Christmas lights. Lights and trees and bridges and wreaths along walkways always feel romantic to me during winter time.
Bring a significant other to take pictures with against the backdrop. It really looks like a town square between multiple buildings.
