rev:text	I have, sadly, brought 3 kittens in to All Pets in a week. It's not about the money, but it helped that they offered a special "pocket pet" price, which another crematorium refused to do since they were technically cats- it would have been twice the price there, and after the money spent trying to save them, I was pretty strapped. The person who helped me the first time was my favorite, a really nice guy with a mustache who humored my rambling and crying, because I was almost hysterical. The owner helped me with the last two kittens today while I was much calmer, and he was also very courteous. I wish there was a nicer place to sit with the animals for a few minutes beforehand, but most people probably do that at home. The "lobby" is just gray floors and white walls, empty. The office is ok, it has the only chairs you can sit in, but I was told I wasn't allowed to sit in there and taken into the loud warehouse where I believe they have all the freezers and cremation equipment (hidden behind a screen) to spend a last moment with my kittens. Long story short, I would go back again, and I'm sure I will be back, but I will make sure I'm 100% ready to say goodbye first. UPDATE: I am incredibly disappointed. Left a message after business hours the night of 10/16 after dropping off my kittens that morning, asking if I could get the remains back to take them to my vet to make a pawprint, with plans to bring them back to be cremated (I had regrets that I hadn't done that with the first kitten). I expected a call back Saturday, but it's now 8 pm on Monday night, it's been 3 days, and nobody bothered to call me back- if they are on call on the weekends they should have been checking the messages, and they had all day today to call me as well. I'm sure it is far too late now, and I even mentioned in my message that if it was already too late I would understand, but they still should have called me back as per my request. I have left yet another message for the owner and will update my review as soon as I hear back. Had to take off several stars.
