  • On a hot day, who wouldn't want a taste of fresh gelato while sauntering on the red brick road in the middle of Toronto's romantic distillery district? Maybe you aren't Dorothy, but the magical taste of chocolate and well whipped gelato can clip your heels together in glee. For starters, chocolate is the archils heel for many ladies out there. But what makes this place that much better? The chocolate here is rich and comes in so many shapes and forms it makes any customer salivate. The unique gourmet chocolate sprinkles or lathered in nut/fruit/spice pairings demands the higher price point. The gelato has a limited selection but it's definitely a quality over quantity play. Creamy, thick, well whipped, and hints of flavour of your pick, this gelato will be that cherry on top for your warm saunter on a city getaway. Seating is limited and the factory displays the chocolate machinery, however what's there to fear when such a romantic district bidding you for a nice walk is situated right outside the factory door? Displays are clean, artistic in terms of chocolate variety and placement, and worth the quick drop in even for a quick peek.
