NOTE: This is a review of Olive and Ivy during the day, not at night when the douche bags of Scottsdale invade!
The atmosphere is impressive--the patio is relaxing (I just have to laugh every time I think of the "waterfront" scam that Scottsdale is using to fool property owners--it is a big ditch!!) Anyway, I love the variety of their weekend brunch, unique egg dishes, yogurt, and cinnamon french toast. They also have pastries, juices and even gelato!
I love taking a break from shopping for O&I brunch on the weekends, but I would be fine to never go there again after dark. It is a classic Scottsdale experience in which the women are competing for most makeup and least clothes and the men are all wearing the same rhinestone Ed Hardy or 7 Diamonds shirt and way too much of whatever cologne is the 2008 equivalent of Drakkar Noir.
Anyway, the brunch is fantastic!
