I feel bad for this place. It's tucked away and I'm sure the employees get weird surges at inexplicable times. That's at least what I gather from my last experience there. When I walked in, there were two employees and one was ending her shift. I was lucky and had help from the associate left.
Another customer came in and the gal helping me didn't really acknowledge her until that customer was like, "Hello, do you have help, or do you know how long it will be [until I'll be helped]?" I felt bad and felt like she could have at least inquired into the other customer's issue while mine was printing. (Though, I won't tell anyone how to do their job, especially if I haven't worked it or in front of other people.)
While my associate was extremely sweet and helpful to ME, I don't feel like she was that efficient. I also feel like her co-worker that was just ending her shift could have been a little more helpful before leaving, but that could just be that my work ethic is different than hers.
The location is clean and organized, smaller than other FedEx print and ship centers, but the associates seem to be why the rating is low.
