  • Spencers Audio & Video set up our home entertainment system and I'm so HAPPY! Justin Morroni...was our first contact with Spencers and it's refreshing to find people that know their craft and do what they say they are going to do. Steve Hopper was our tech, he was professional and kind...my remote control/entertainment equipment knowledge and patience is limited but he made it very easy to understand! Today...seven months later I called him because I had a situation with my universal remote (had nothing to do with the set up...it was operator error) he not only remembered me but happily walked me through a fix in less than 5 minutes. Hard to find that kind of service anymore. Great team of people. :)
