Lunch option/post workout snack review-
Salad bar is super convenient if you are health conscious and need quick protein options.
I usually get spinach with rotisserie chicken and tuna salad, tomato, onion, mushroom, hard boiled egg, dressed with olive oil and chia seeds.
There are protein boxes in the cold case too- hummus and olive box, chicken, cheese and nuts box, etc.
Rotating hot soups too.
Cold pressed juice options- I like the beet juice!! Green juice is tasty too.
Best variety of healthy lunch affordable convenient options I've found in the immediate area.
Tip- Grocery store has decent organic selection.
It is very popular on Sunday afternoons, expect a short checkout line with multiple cashiers even.
No lattes available here, FYI. Sprouts at 3rd street and Bell rd does have cafe coffee options.
