  • Doctor Kim's manner and competence was satisfactory and I'd still be with his care but his staff is, strangely, a completely different story. I mean you'd think the doctor would set the tone for his office. Not the case, they're out of control, in my view. His staff was, on many occasions rude, careless with records, even when reminded (sometimes for the second or third time) they'd not fulfilled an agreed upon request. If you have no interest in any other service at a doctor's office other than the service he provides to you alone - see Doctor Kim. If you think you might need supporting documents or other services, that could very well be the worst part of your day.
