  • I've worked with Burns for the past few years between my own home and my place of work. I use to have to call everything in. once I discovered their chat option it was so much easier to get the information I needed without having to make my residents wait longer. Casey, who looks over the chat, is wonderful. He's quick, easy to get ahold of, keeps things organized, and is a great leader of his crew. Jeff is also great to get ahold of if Casey is busy. Thanks again guys! You make my life easier!
