Our home warranty co sent a tech from Vector our problem was that we didn't have hot water in our washer the tech came out & we told him our problem said needed to turn off water but he couldn't do it said 'I'm not a plumber' my husband had to go find the main valve guy spent 10 min & now he said we had a 'big' problem because we now had a leak & again he's not a 'plumber' we didn't have a leak until he came 'to fix' it??& we needed to call the warranty co etc. said nothing he could do & meanwhile we had NO WATER AT ALL until the warranty co could send a plumber because again 'he's not a plumber'..... finally got Javier a real plumber very professional & great! said tech had crossed threaded the hose joint when he tried to put it back & that's why the leak?never again with this co not professional asked warranty co to send someone else not Vector
