  • All I'm going to say is that if you trade your car in here double check that you get your trade ins license registration fee rebate. This dealer put on the paperwork to ADOT that the rebate was applied to my new purchase but it wasn't. I called the dealer and talked to the title clerk and after about a 5 minute hold she came back and said, oh yes, we do owe you that money and I'll get a check in the mail. It was a lot of money too, over $500. The title clerk said it was human error.. OK, I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt BUT writing this review just to give you a heads up in case you trade in here... If it wasn't human error??... Don't know what to say....
