  • I have lived at The Fairways for 2 years and enjoy it here considerably. This is a very nice area and Southern Highlands is an outstanding place to live. Scorpions appear a few times a year during mating season I guess. Scorpions have been around for millions of years and since I live in the desert I do not make a big deal about them. I have reported 3 that slipped through the cracks and on a monthly basis I ask them to come in and spray the inside perimeter with a pet safe deterrent. The office also has pest control crews who come in and spray for them outside. Whenever I have maintenance issues or problems I share them with the office. Almost right away those problems are resolved. I am very satisfied here and thankful to have office staff who resolve issues. The staff really do listen.
