  • Wish I could go lower than 1 star for this one. We walked in and looked around, looking at frames for a bit. After 20 minutes we decided that no one was going to help us so we walked up the the back counter. The girl there said "yes" and nothing more, no "can I help you" or anything resembling customer service. I explained to her that I was wanting to get some prices on eyeglasses to which she responded "I don't do that, I will have to take your name and you can wait if you want". After 20 additional minutes of watching the 12 employees do little of nothing, we walked out and went to CostCo and was taken care of in less than 6 minutes (and saved nearly $50 on the frames). Stay away from this place, it is the absolute worst.
