  • wow - what a joke. I have been going here for about 4 years now and it seems to get worse and worse. they continue to hire little kids with 0 communication skills, better customer service is found at McDonalds a mile away. This morning was the last straw... They offer same day service if your clothes are brought in by 9;00am. This morning i showed up at 9:01 (i know, a minute late) and the little rude girl just said 'too late, cut off is 9:00" I cant even describe the rudeness in her voice and the feeling of satisfaction she showed by being able to say that. WOW - my dry cleaning bill would of paid her daily salary alone, needless to say i took my clothes and walked out. 4 years as a customer, about $1200 a year spent here - now i will never go back.
