  • I was struggling to choose between a piece from Chanel and Harry Winston. To be honest, I was leaning more toward the one from Chanel, but I left Bellagio with a HW bag. So what changed my mind? I would say mostly their professionalism and attitude, but of course the gorgeous piece was also part of the reason. I still love the Chanel piece, don't get me wrong, but I don't think I will get it from their Bellagio location. It seems to me that the people who worked at the Chanel store had an attitude. It makes me feel like they won't take you serious unless you have money or unless they think you have money. But this didn't happen at Harry Winston. They were friendly and after being professionally introduced to the criteria of what a good piece is, I finally walked away with the one that I love.
