In no way bad, but just not impressive, which makes it pretty disappointing for the price point.
Had the 35 day dry aged ribeye. Ordered it medium rare and it came out much closer to medium. Char was good, so it was pretty, but just didn't have much flavor to it. I had added the bone marrow, which I would definitely skip. Rather than being a piece of bone on the side, it was a bunch of chunks of marrow that appeared to be cooked separately and put on top of the steak. Lacked flavor and had an unsatisfying chewy texture. I also got the yuzu butter on the side. This definitely helped my overcooked steak, but it's sad that it was needed.
Cocktail I had was really good as was the service.
