  • Scheduled an appointment the day before, dropped car off at 8:30 A.M. today, the owner said it would take up to 6 hours, got there at 4 and it wasn't even started yet. Well, she ran it through a car wash and made the tires shiny. what a disappointment. probably does great work but I wouldn't know. She committed to do my car, then another client called, and she put them ahead of me cause it was a dealer client and he had 3 cars to be completed and he wanted them today. Wow. oh well
