  • It was horrible. I got stuck with a guy named Peter. I came in for a full set stiletto, I brought in a picture, they advertise for $24.99 once I was in the chair he said it would be $5 extra for the shape. I understand that the shape is more difficult to do so I agreed. The shape came out uneven and when I said something he told me it was because on the shape of my finger WTF really? They ended up being much shorter than we agreed on. He obviously had no idea what he was doing. After he painted the first coat of nail polish on he said in that good or should I paint another layer? Since when is one layer of polish ok? It was all streaky and translucent in places. Then he told me a second coat would be an extra $8. He got it all over my cuticle and my finger tips (it's still there) then came the tips they were all different shapes and sizes and the black bled into the light pink. I just left and there are bubbles all over my nails. Not to mention all the acrylic under my nails and all over my finger tips and cuticles. All and all I walked out paying $41 no tip (I always tip very well). I'm never going back and you shouldn't either unless you like a piss poor manicure and horrible service. And if you work there you should be ashamed, just because I don't speak your language doesn't mean I don't understand that you're bitching about me right in front of me. You are in the service industry your money directly depends on how your customers feel when they leave. Peter, you should probably find a different profession.
